Environmental Phase 1 Site Assessments (ESA)
Onsite visual inspection, interview of current/past owners, operators and tenants along with review of past uses, property documents and historic environmental data to ASTM standards for “Environmental Due Diligence” and All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI) for buyers, sellers, lenders, insurers, investors and owners of the site property to determine the potential for contamination and the need for Phase II (testing) and/or Phase III (cleanup) of any recognized environmental hazards or contamination.
Structural, Mechanical, and/or Environmental Issue Resolution
Effective identification and step by step process to permanently correct any building problem. Customized reports utilize the exclusive “Gold Standard Report Format” developed by Rick Bates combined with the (SOAP) Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan documentation structure that is standardized throughout the health care industry. All reports can be shared with health care providers, if needed, for a comprehensive “TEAM” approach to expedite a favorable outcome.
